This month, we’re excited to share the following Workplace updates - draft saving option and a new immersive video player for mobile users; Work Chat custom reactions, improved filtering for admins and the ability for admins to move posts across open groups, on desktop.

End users can now save and access multiple drafts on mobile platforms by using the new ‘Save Draft’ feature. This addresses user access issues and improves the overall mobile experience of the product. Available on mobile (Android/iOS).

To provide end users with a more immersive experience, mobile Workplace videos and live broadcasts have been upgraded with the same technology as Facebook’s new video player. This includes improved displays when switching between landscape and portrait, and the ability to control the playback speed too. Available on mobile (Android/iOS).

With the enablement of custom reactions in Work Chat, end users now have access to the full emoji menu selection to send reactions to messages, rather than just the 7 basic reactions (Like, Love, Care etc). Available on desktop.

Our improved filtering options will now enable Admins to filter key insights in the Admin Panel by adding in relevant custom profile fields such as Country, Building and Employee Type. Available on desktop.

Admins can now move posts across open groups where the author has permissions to the destination group. Available on desktop.
